Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that: 
The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn 
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact 
The product is returned in its original condition 
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or is returned without tags/packaging. For return due to our personal error wrong product\damaged product\defective product return shipping is free. For all other return’s reverse shipping fee of ₹70 will be deducted from the return amount

Opening Video

Mandatory Proof: To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, customers are required to record a clear video while opening the package. The video must be continuous and unedited It should clearly show: The sealed package The unboxing process The product received Without an opening video, claims for wrong, damaged, or missing items may not be accepted. Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange: Return or exchange requests will be accepted in case of: Wrong product delivered Damaged or defective product Size or fitting issues

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. 
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Refunds will be provided as Mozdeal.com Wallet Credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website .
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item successfully passes our quality check.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested product or size is unavailable, the refund will be processed as per the applicable refund method
