Return, Exchange, Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

  • We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • All product(s) must pass our quality inspection during reverse pickup for smooth returns or instant exchanges.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.

  • We strongly recommend recording a video while unpacking your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged products. Without video proof, processing returns or refunds may be difficult.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, brand collaborations, or any promotion with free products cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged.


2. Reverse Pickup Services

  • Each order is eligible for two free reverse pickup attempts.

  • Product(s) must pass quality inspection for instant return or exchange.

Self-Ship (Non-Serviceable Areas):

  • If your Pincode is non-serviceable, self-ship the product(s)

  • Share the courier docket with our team for tracking.

  • Ensure products are securely packed, with ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.


3. Refunds

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds can be Mozdeal Wallet.

  • Initiated within 24-48 hours after quality check.

  • Payment method refunds take 7-10 business days, while wallet credits are instant.

COD Orders:

  • Refunds are issued instantly in your Mozdeal Wallet after quality check.

  • Wallet credits are valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.


4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified (number, address, product style, or size) only if not yet dispatched.

  • Contact via WhatsApp or support@mozdeal.com.


5. Defective / Damaged Products or Parcels

  • Contact support within 48 hours if you receive damaged, defective, used, wrong products, or missing tags, with photos or unpacking video.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • For torn, damaged, or empty parcels, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.

  • Always record a video while unpacking to ensure smooth processing.


6. Terms & Conditions

  • Ensure bank account details are accurate; Mozdeal is not responsible for errors.

  • Customers must handle products carefully.

  • Check the size guide before ordering.

  • Product colors may vary due to screen resolution differences.

  • For issues with third-party payment platforms, contact them directly; Mozdeal is not responsible.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation for prepaid orders but not the product, contact us within 48 hours.

  • Track your order in My Account >> Track Your Order.


7. Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro cities: 1-4 days after processing

  • Other regions: 4-7 days after processing
